Once purchased, please allow us a few minutes to provide you with the code after purchase.

In case the code doesn't work, we offer refund, by providing us a video recording of the UNIT with the serial number on it and entering the code we offered:

- 1. Make sure that the serial number is entered correctly.
- 2. Take a short video of the code entry process, MUST include the serial number from label of that radio at the end of same video.

FAQ:

1. If Chrysler server for T00AM or T**QN serial is not working (in maintenance mode), there could be a delay.
In this case, not even the dealership can provide you with a faster code because we use the same system.

2. Some specific radio serial numbers need more information, such as the part number.
We will send you an email asking for that information, so we can provide you with your code as soon as possible
