This vehicle came for the usual optimizations for 5.7 Hemi engine, however it had two issues:

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ B222A-00 in the Park Assist Module, which deactivates the Park Assist.
๐Ÿ› ๏ธ The cluster was returning to miles after each engine restart and there was no option for kilometres in it.

We updated all of the modules to the latest available versions and performed restore vehicle configuration from the wiTECH. This fixed the DTC B222A-00 in the park assistance and resolved the issue with the deactivated Park assist.

For the cluster, there was an ongoing bulletin (which the customer showed to us) 08-108-22, which after install, enabled the option to switch between Miles and Kilometres in the cluster using the steering wheel.
After our adjustments, the vehicle now has Kilometres in the cluster and all modules (including the park assist) are working correctly.

The customer has decided to buy from us Mishimoto thermostat, which will install and then later come for additional tune for it, which will take no more than 10 minutes and it will be executed via the OBD port.

What we have done:

๐Ÿ“ Restored the vehicle configuration using wiTECH.
๐Ÿ“ Unlocked the PCM.
๐Ÿ“ Deactivated MDS.
๐Ÿ“ Deactivated EVAP monitoring system due to LPG.
๐Ÿ“ Removed the speed limiter..
๐Ÿ“ Lifted the idle RPMs.
๐Ÿ“ Optimized the Throttle Body.
๐Ÿ“ Optimized the spark table for LPG.
