2018 Dodge Charger Police, 5.7 L, V8

This vehicle came for PCM unlock and Cluster fascia change from Miles to Kilometres:

After the customer came, we talked and he shared that the rear doors and the trunk don't open. We programmed the Body Control Module for normal vehicle (not police one).

After that we programmed remote start and added the needed harness:

The vehicle still didn't started. We tested the car key with the Mopar tester and saw that no signal is sent from it:

 We added another fob and the remote start was working.

What we done so far:

📍 Unlocked the PCM

📍 Lifted the idle RPMS.

📍 Disabled the MDS.

📍 Optimized the Throttle Body and Spark Table.

📍 Modified the cooling fans for lower temperatures.

📍 Unlocked the Factory OBD port.

📍 Modified the Cluster's fascia from MPH to KMH.

📍 Preprogrammed the BCM from Police to Normal car to fix the lock issues.

📍 Enabled the Remote Start and added the needed harness.

📍 Tested the KeyFob and found out that the key doesn't send signal

📍 Added another KeyFob.
